The reports of snow in the UK got me thinking of this Michael McIntyre skit!

Who has snow where they are at the moment? None here in South West France, I'm afraid.

I think there was a bit of sleety nonsense overnight, but NR1 remains grey and drizzly today!

Just measured 10 inches on the bins here. Snow plough has done the lane but it is covered again already.
We're near Skipton.

To post photos click on the icon circled. I think it supports most of the usual file types ie JPEG and PNG, though I have never tested it with iphone file types. It should open up a a dialogue box to choose the file from its location. I think the only issues I have had have been if the file is super large. You can only upload images one at a time.

Anyone "techy" on here ? Apart from the preview icon to the far right all the other ones are greyed out. I've found the emojis icon but I can't get it to work

yeah I tried that but I get a url or a http: link instead as if I was copying an article. I don't get a drop image field. Not come this before but never mind, It doesn't matter in the scheme of things!

It looks like there is a little tab there, one for posting from your device, and one from an URL.

Cheers Morty. But I don't get the arrow icon like you're getting, just the 'chain link'. I'm not useless tech wise. BUT....It doesn't matter at all. I won't bother with the photo. No big deal

A little bit metacircular, but this is an image showing how to post an image from an iPhone in a web browser. Click on where it says ‘drop image or click here’ Choose photo library and it will show your photos library to choose from.

I hadn't really though, I have a proper phone, not one of those fancy Apple ones (And I'm old school and do most stuff on a desktop PC)

I did want to post a couple of pics but thwarted I'm afraid. But the snow is all over the UK news so I'm sure plenty online - of the north especially, areas above the normal 'snow line'

A Samsung Galaxy J3, in my case
I use the phone for taking pictures, so it generally makes sense to upload directly from it

No. Android...Google pixel.
Never had problems uploading any photos. Like HIWEM I use my phone for all pictures.
