He did put his hands on the ref, but I wouldnt classify it as an aggressive push. Depends if the FA want to keep that clear balck and white distinction, zero tolerance. I would expect a 2 or 3 game ban to be proportional and he can probably have no excuses. Any more would be very harsh, but he's left himself wide open. Its not a push in my book, but technically it is, and the FA may want to reinforce that no contact is acceptable. Wonder how much of it depends on the referees report? ie how much the ref makes a big deal out of it?
