Things To See And Do In Prague?

Off to Prague at the end of September with the wife for a few days. Things we like to do:

  • Drink Beer
  • Eat good food
  • See the standard tourist attractions during the day

Anybody recommend a few must see places, must see bars with a local feel and local beers, and decent places to eat? Somebody has told me that they do a lot of meat stews with dumplings (sounds appealing, especially as it will be cooling down by then).

Please make your suggestions couple friendly, it's not a stag party!

Sedlec ossuary is on my list of places to see but not made it to Czech republic yet. Just outside Prague I believe and its a church of bones. They ran out of grave space so started putting the bones in the church and now have chandeliers and all sorts. Google it and see if its something you'd be up for visiting.

That looks very interesting, looks to be an hour from Prague though so would have to look into public transport options. The wife has always wanted to see some major catacombs (such as those in Paris),so she'd probably be interested in this.
