Current theory, as total loan can only be 90 days ( I think) is that we will send him back to you for the international break, then have him back. That covers all the way to the play off final, should we get there.

If opinion elsewhere is to be believed, he is somewhere between a West Brom reject who only started 9 games last season (incorrect) and the new Ian Crook.

The little I know about him is that last time he was in the Championship, he completely ripped it up, but under the new manager at West Brom he seems to have slipped to 2nd or 3rd choice.

I believe he can play anywhere across the midfield, but probably most importantly, can play on the left.

Makes me wonder if the manager sees Wes as no more than a bit part player, and Andreu as one for maybe next season.

He's a handy extra option, and remember it was only a few weeks ago that we had to play a full back in midfield ( to howls of derision) out of neccessity.

I think the "Whits gate" was a freak occurrence though. If you think we have Tetty, BJ, Howson, Wes, O'Neil, Andreau and Vadis that all play centrally. Appreciate in different styles and berths, but that is a pretty congested zone now Dorrans has arrived.

I've liked the look of BJ playing slightly more wide, but sounds like that is what Dorrans may now be here to do?? I just don't see how we can play all these players. Maybe we will no longer be playing Hooper in a deeper role, however this has been very effective and I wouldn't want to see this stop happening.

I'm really excited over the prospect of Vadis and if he can stay fit I really believe (or maybe hope) he will be a first team player.

Wes is a situational player and think he will be best used as that and maybe you are right that Andreau is for later once he's settled into the English game.

Thing is, Tettey really can't play every game, and I maybe wonder (did this happen last season?) that as the season wears on he'll play less and less. You would then be looking to Bradley to play his role.

I knew Tetty struggled to last a full season, but didn't realise just how bad that got. Look at the below from whoscored.com - He has already played more minutes this season than ever before in his career. Hopefully showing he has improved his endurance! Perhaps that extra cover may come in handy yet then!

Thats pretty much how I see it.

I reckon Wes will be off in the summer.

Don't see how Wes fits the Neil ethos. He seems to want players who chase and pressurise opponents for 90 minutes and keep the ball moving, neither of which are particular strong points for Wes. I think Andreu is the Neil midfield template, good on the ball but runs his nuts off.

Hope this becomes permanent, whether Championship or PL bound, this would be a good addition to the squad.

Look forward to seeing if he can recapture the form of his previous Championship season and keep us moving up the table, potentially a very exciting addition.
