Are You at the usual summer close season point of starting to get concerned. ? Or are you sitting confident the additions we crave to see walk through the doors will  ?

We've traditionally done our business early, so this window does seem a little slow, and its easy to get envious when we see other clubs have a bit of excitement. I would hope this means we are simply taking a sensible approach to recruitment this year though. I dont think we have a dire need to invest heavily. Id be happy with some solid sensible signings of established Premier League players, as we've done with Dorrans and Mulumbu, and the odd prospect to be sent out on loan.

Being linked with Quagliarella and Toivonen and Alderweireld was exciting, but ultimately disappointing when none of them were interested and we ended up with Elmander instead. Especially when the coup you thought you already had in the bag turned out to be sh*t.

I hope we've learned from previous windows and are making some better thought out decisions.

I have never been more comfortable and am very confident the club will end up having a couple or even more very decent signings made before we kick off against Palarse.

I am worried and think we need to make signing, everyone else is linked with people or signing them and a look on our news now page and it doesn't change from day to day not even with rumours.  

Worried that we will be left standing still if we don't pull our fingers out soon

Slightly concerned over our inactivity to be honest, a centre half and left back cover is essential imo, but I trust the manager and McNally not to cut corners in this window.

The transfer window has been open for one week, so not that worried. People are saying about being left behind, but I wouldn't call being down one Tyrone Mings as being left behind. I'd rather not overpay for crap.

Not too worried. Now that City have agreed a valuation of £3.8m with Sporting Lisbon for RvW, I wonder if the completion of that deal might move other transfers on. The gap in valuation for Mbokani is narrow, and that for Brady is narrowing, though it has a further way to go. With an additional £3.8m in the transfer budget, those gaps would be easier to close. 
 
With RvW leaving, we'd have two squad places available without anyone else leaving. If another CB like van Dijk were to be signed, he could take Turner's place in the squad and we'd have a 25 man squad ready for the new season. That would be 5 new players and any others coming in (like Yedlin perhaps) might be covered by Miquel going out on loan or possibly O'Neil going out on loan or leaving. Beyond that it'd be a current player leaving for any new one coming in.
