It feels like we have him on a trial period for 2 years! Have heard a rumour theres a gentleman's agreement that he votes with Delia and Michael for that time. A very, very cautious takeover!

Yeah, part of the agreement he votes with Delia so she still has her hand on the tiller for next couple of years while he learns .
It's how he took over at The Brewers apparently.
