Goal of the season

Right then, I see the club website has a goal of the season competition going, and bloody hell we scored a tonne of great goals this season, I can't remember a season ever where we scored so many good goals, these are the nominations

Bradley Johnson vs Blackburn (H)

Cameron Jerome vs Brentford (A)

Josh Murphy vs Blackpool (A)

Russell Martin vs Brighton (H)

Cameron Jerome vs Bournemouth (A)

Bradley Johnson vs Blackburn (A)

Bradley Johnson vs Ipswich (H)

Cameron Jerome vs Forest (H)
Gary Hooper vs Rotherham (A)

Nathan Redmond vs Middlesboro (N)

i didn't know what way to vote, in the end I went with Redmond's goal vs Boro for the sheer importance of it and what a brilliant team goal it is,

those were the main 3 i was stuck between, also feel that Jerome's against Bournemouth whilst a cracking goal was also a huge turning point in our season so has a soft spot for me, as does Murphy's against Blackpool, his 1st league goal for us and my 1st away game for a couple of years, Also Jerome's goal against Forest was so cheekily brilliant, I could talk about them all really so many great goals, I'm sure there's some corkers that didn't even make the list

So many that missed out as well. Johnson's beautiful chip of Gomes against Watford in the first home game of the season, Tettey's pile-driver the same game. Hooper's goal against Brighton, where he chested it down just outside the area and volleyed it across the ground into the net. Whittaker's volley in the last minute to get a point away at Derby, Johnson's thunderbolt at home to Millwall, Johnson away against Reading where they were trying to make a sub, but the ref didn't notice, we played on and he dribbled with it until he smashed it in from 25 yards. Lafferty's only goal for us at home to Cardiff where he curled it in from outside the box. Hooper's goal against Blackpool which was a lovely passing move before he played a one-two with Hoolahan and then put it in. Redmond's free kick in the same game from 25 yards plus and he put it in the top corner. Jerome's goal away at Watford where it bounced towards him and he lobbed it over the keeper. Howson's goal against Millwall away where he beat 2 players and smashed it into the top corner with his weaker foot. Johnson's 2nd goal on the final day of the season against Fulham, Redmond's goal in the same game. And those are the one's that missed out.

As for the goals on that list, I'd agree with most are saying so far, that it's between Johnson's against Ipswich, Redmond's against Boro, or Martin's against Brighton. My favourite is probably Redmond's, however I think I'll go for Johnson's, mainly because of the sheer power he got behind the ball.
