I can't sleep, so I thought I may as well do this instead. In what order would you rank our players season so far in? You don't have to the whole squad obviously, you could just do a top 5/10.

The likes of Hooper and Cuellar would probably have a higher average rating, but because they've played quite a lot less than most they're lower down.

My top 5 do not include a defender - all have been poor and too individual when they should be a unit.

I think Hooiveld only has 6 appearances so by your own rules shouldnt be in your bottom three?    Also he is unbeaten in those games.

Surely Jerome is taking the top spot? I don't think there's another player who can match his contribution, he's been a revelation.

Top 5... Turner, Redmond, Tettey, Howson, Jerome.

But I don't think anyone has been head and shoulders above the rest. And I don't think anyone has been much worse than those who play in the same position.

It's mainly been a case of slightly above average, average or slightly below average.

Agree with this - the whole squad has been inconsistent and not playing to their potential.  

And of the under performers its usually bad moments rather than horrendous displays.     

Consistency, drive and organisation.    And an attutude of wanting to earn the three points rather than an expectation of getting them
