Just put the decs up and got Xmas MTV playing through the soundbar and a very pleasant glass of Spiced Rum by me so I am now into mellow mood that we all should be at this time of year.

So may I take this opportunity to wish every football supporter the very best for the coming days but particularly to all you guys on here for putting up with an opinionated old fart once again this year and hope we all have the merriest of Christmases and happiest of New Years.

Merry Christmas all! Sat waiting in port in Luanda, Angola waiting to sail to Pointe Noire, Congo ( delayed due to customs paperwork issues, the issue likely being not enough dollars bribe).

Have flights booked home from Congo on Thursday.

Can't say I feel particularly festive yet, it was 40 degrees plus here today!
