Yet another stern test of how the Farke revolution is progressing, who knows where it could end up if we keep taking points off teams above us! There seems to be a growing confidence in fans and players alike that we can get something from most games, but make no mistake, this will be a tough test, with Rowett revving things up with comments about Cameron Jerome, but I have every confidence that Zimmerman, Hanley and Klose can keep him quiet for the likely 60 or 70 minutes he will put in.

No away trip for me, freezing my doodahs off all month in the North Sea! :p

I think we might get something out of this game.
Just an aside for you Morty out in the North Sea. My late Father served 32 years in the Royal Navy, and I asked him once which was the worst sea/ocean he had been on.................you guessed it, the North Sea he reckoned, and he'd been on all of them!

Haha, not gonna lie, its absolutely bitter, but not as cold as when I work off Norway!

In other news, I see Maddison has been nominated for Championship player of the month, and Farke manager of the month. We could do without the curse!

Worth noting that Derby to win 1-0 with Jerome to score is 18/1. Obviously that's not what I want to happen but it sort of seems inevitable

Hopefully Pinto is fit, though Reed has done a very admirable job in the last 2 games. If he is fit then I'd bring him in, if not then same team as Middlesbrough for me.

Would be absolutely delighted with another boring 1-0 away win, think this one will be more difficult than our recent games. If we can get a draw and a decent performance heading into our game against the scum then I wouldn't be at all upset.

I have got 9/1 on bet365 for Norwich to win one nil!

Would be a monumental achievement with Oliviera up front.

I know it's probably hard as another player to go and take the ball off Oliveira there, but really wished one of the senior players had done. The only player to miss against Chelsea who is clearly ridiculously low on confidence and yet he's the one who steps up at 1-0 down to take it. What a chance that was. Wasted.

F*ck his confidence I would've got him off at half-time. He's looked a bit better recently but even if you ignore the missed penalty he's had an appalling game today. Give Srbeny a chance, he can't do any worse.

It's a shame also because we were actually playing well and would've merited going in at half-time level. Can't see us getting back in this now.

How can they take the ball off him? He's the designated taker.

Excellent point. Imo we were the better side overall. Rowett is an ar se. Had a pop at Maddison when he was subbed and again after the final whistle. Probably realised they aren't good enough for the PL. Hope we can agree terms with Tettey to stay for another year, I thought he was excellent today. NO what can you say, anyone can miss a penalty, he's not flavour of the month so will get loads of stick. I don't suppose he wanted to miss it either. Good point, could have even been 3. OTBC.

Genuinely deserved a win from that but Nelsons finishing is seriously costing us.

Thankfully his all round game is improved. He held the ball up and laid it off more often than not today which allowed our attacks to build.

Not necessarily, a lot of managers just let the players decide between them who takes penalties. If Farke made Nelson his designated penalty taker then fair enough but it's not a given that's the case. Maybe Farke will get asked when interviewed afterwards.

But yeah, really good point but definitely could've got more. Can't have too many complaints though because we played really well and only didn't get the 3 points because of the wastefulness of an out of form player. It's a real headache for Farke now whether to play him going into the derby.

Didn't even see what happened for our 2nd penalty because I was concentrating on Leitner putting the ball in the net. If we'd missed that one as well even though we had the ball in net anyway then I think I'd have been at PC World tomorrow for a new Laptop screen. In the circumstances a point almost feels a bit disappointing but on paper its a good result. Great that we didn't lose going into the Ipswich game as well.

Thought Jamal Lewis was particularly impressive today. Back 5 in general played very well and Leitner continues to look a classy player. Didn't think Josh was great, I'd like to have seen Hernandez on for him a bit earlier. Nelson was a bit better 2nd half but was a liability in the 1st. At the end of the day anyone can miss a penalty but the rest of his game was completely hopeless too. He needs to sort himself out for his own sake because he can want to leave all he wants but no-one's gonna come in for him if he keeps his form up. 2 goals in 19 games now for him.

Anyway, bring on the scum!

Firstly, an absolute shame that Leitner goal wasn't allowed, because it was a joy to behold.

Secondly, we have to really start believing in what is happening here, Derby are second in the league, unbeaten in 11 games(I think?) and we are disappointed at not coming away with a win.

Farke's trust in Oliviera will be repaid next week against the scum, he is due something, as the games I have seen him play in recently, apart from the obvious lack of goals, he hasn't been playing badly.

Some absolute comedy on twitter from Derby fans feeling very aggrieved, it seems that every team we play recently feels hard done to for some reason. For the record, their goalie said Maddison didn't dive, and after Rowett initially crying about how he was cheated by Maddison, he climbed down. Oh and I saw a Derby fan saying that we were the best side they had seen there, apart from Wolves, and someone else saying that Oliviera was the best striker they had seen there this season. Classy touch from Curtis Davies, certainly classier than his manager....

Nail on head Morty .... "Secondly, we have to really start believing in what is happening here", and I am one of those who needs to do just that. The difference between that performance and Millwall away is absolutely huge, and I have to say that I was super impressed by us yesterday, and in fairness have been over other away performances, but have probably been in denial.

After the first fifteen minutes or so we looked tactically and technically better than Derby, and clearly had it not been for dodgy referee decisions and some bad luck we could have won relatively comfortably.

Yes I agree Nelson is now playing much better and I would certainly start him next week, also agree regarding Tettey, other than when he ventures forward he does tend to lose the ball a bit, but that's minor when put up against the benefits he brings to the side.

Now lets fix our home form.....

I just find it hilarious how much they're crying over Maddison, whether he dived or not is irrelevant as Oliviera missed the penalty anyway, they're treating it like he's the only player to of ever dived (even though I'm not 100% he did) and that no one in a Derby shirt has ever done something similar to win a penalty, get over it we deserved our point and Derby were lucky it was only the one point we took, wishing a player to be injured is just pathetic

They may be second in the league, but they aren't good enough for the PL, which showed yesterday. Do they still hold the record for the fewest number of points at the top level?:D

Haven't seen highlights so can't comment, however, i've seen a lot of really vicious play towards Maddison this season, with minimal protection from the officials..OT Does anyone know of a pub in Kings Lynn showing next Sundays game against the Binners?
