Will Neil stick or twist? Start the same team that has brought us renewed success in recent weeks, or be tempted to shuffle the pack?

At home against Millwall it could be time to bring Redmond back into the starting lineup, probably in place of O'Neil.

Can't see Adams making any major changes, and why should he to be fair.

Its a shame someone will have to lose out, in that case, I think Oneil is really settling in now.

I think he will go more "attack" perhaps too, rest a few players, and revert to the recent line up again away at Reading.

But most of all, he is learning what is needed to win a game, realising thats more important than keeping players happy, or fans entertained.

I can't see a change coming. From what I saw of the Derby game and listening to you guys and the pundits on SKY, we played as good as we have done all season against a team who normally control possession and position.

We created chances before the changes so I don't totally agree that the starting line up is not attacking. Bradley seems to be getting chances on the edge of the box whereas during the bad spell he wouldn't get into the opponents half. And Tettey had a goal disallowed.

Football is a 14 man game and barring injuries and dismissals, our changes in the second 45 minutes seem to be a good and progressive tactic. And if things aren't working, there is nothing wrong with a change after 15 minutes or so.

What is most important is that we continue this mini run until it becomes a long one. Saturday felt like a victory despite falling slightly further behind the leaders. I for one will be happy with steady progression and the hope that our new management team have enough contacts to make one or two excellent acquisitions in January if they feel they need to.

I would agree. Can see Redmond starting this one with O'Neil saved for Reading.

Do not know how fit Vadis is yet, but a possibilty for the bench.

It's been a long time since I've gone into a game actually feeling relatively confident. Win this it'll be 10 points from 12, and another 'winnable' game against Reading before the new year.

Adams would be an absolute fool to leave out Redmond again. And this time I don't think he will leave him out. Apart from that it'll probably be the same team.
 
Hate predicting us to win, however I do feel slightly optimistic after the last couple of weeks, so I'll say a 2-0 win.

I would guess more of the same, it has been successful and it is always a good idea to keep it tight against a Holloway team. Providing we are all square at half time I would then expect changes along the same lines as the last weeks.

I think Hooper has played well since he came in but I also think he needs to get back on the goal trail or I would like to see Grabban come back in alongside Jerome.

Yes, we need to attack Millwall more from the start than we have other teams of late but we also need to be solid defensively.

To include Redmond we must move to a four man midfield and to do that the man to lose out should be Howson.

If Howson plays in a four man midfield he will play centrally and that will make us sacrifice too much of the ball in that area. He just does not win enough tackles or aerial battles in that position to be able to effectively play there. O'Neill has played well enough to keep his place and we have seen more attacking intent from both Johnson and Tettey recently. Howson was very anonymous at Derby.

Yes, Howson has an eye for a pass and can be dangerous in the final third but he needs to improve the physical side of his game to really show how good he can be. Until then, centrally in a four man midfield, O'Neill gets my vote.

Howson is somewhat wasted out wide but he still setup Jerome's goal. There haven't been many matches recently where Howson hasn't scored or made an assist.

His best position is central though and he is easily worth his place.

The thing about taking O Neil out of the side is that the set piece delivery and corner standard goes down!!

I would think we will play the same as Neil's tactics seem to follow that pattern. To some degree I am a fan of keeping a side together if they are producing results rather than change it.

Subs will be the same coming on ( Wes, Redmond and Grabban).

Agree that O'Neil is class at set-pieces, Surgeryman, but he's also a cool head alongside Tettey with dependable passing. Johnson is growing into his role futher up the pitch.

As much as I'd like to see a barnstorming blitzkrieg goalfest on Boxing day, most of all I would like to see a win. All too often we have seen sides, this season, park the bus and sucker punch us. So really, keeping the same side is the most sensible option.

Yes yellow, not a big fan of Johnson but he is doing OK on the left side in fairness to him.

I expect us to continue the same approach as we have seen since the arrival of Phelan, with a very similar starting eleven, that solid first half, then opening up second half with the introduction of some real quality off the bench.
