Was going to go to this, then I wasn't. And as soon as I switch the radio on tomorrow, I'll likely wish I had!

Leeds are vulnerable, this could be back to back away wins!

Winning this would make us missing out on the play-offs a small side issue. I have family that are very big, cocky, Leeds fans. And y'know, Leeds fans in general.

Leeds hate us over the whole feeder club thing, I would love it if we just finish their season off.

Love it.

I've hated Leeds since the 70's when I had a good mate who's only real fault was he was a Leeds fan.  It was also a time when they always seemed to beat us, usually by the odd goal.  Every time we beat them I wish I was still in touch with him so I could have the bragging rites, even after all this time.  Would love to wreck their season, and nick their manager.

There's a right donut on my facebook who is a Leeds fan, know him through my wife. Seen him say stuff about Norwich several times over the years but have never bitten, must drive him mad because I've not seen any evidence that anybody else he knows is a Norwich fan. Instead I just get a sense of smug satisfaction now and again, this would be another of those times. That's one upside to stealing Monk in the summer. Wouldn't mind being the club which signs Kyle Bartley from Swansea either  ;)

We can, but we won't, got nothing to lose essentially lets keep pressing for more in the second half, when we try to defend a lead is our downfall, attack attack attack

If anyone was realistically thinking of Irvine for HC, please explain yourself.  After today only Rotherham have conceded more than us.  For me that should mean replacing the whole of the defence, including the popular Pinto who has also proved he cannot defend.

Regardless of who is head coach our defence will look very different next season.

Irvine didn't sign any of these players, he can only work with what he has.

I was under the impression that if we got rid of the terrible Whittaker and Bassong our defence would be better for it.

Its not just the back 5 that isn't defending well enough, you defend as a team. We're not good enough defensively as an 11 - we've just got the balance of the squad and the dynamic seriously wrong somewhere. I mean.... some teams leave their centre backs with very little to do, by not giving away possession very often or winning all the battles in midfield. Some teams have an excellent five lungs type player sitting in front of the defense mopping everything up instead of relying on Ryan Bennett not to take a heavy touch or slip over.

Don't think that just replacing 3 of the back 4 is going to fix things next season, it goes deeper than that. The entire system and possibly the psyche is wrong.

Take set pieces for example, possibly our biggest weakness this season. Usually you've got 9 or possibly 10 of your 11 players back defending those. Not 5. You don't have 4 players marking 8 or 9 opposition players in and around your 18 yard box. I can remember Nick Barmby spent his whole career doing an excellent jobn of marking whatever player was at the back post when defending set pieces, was well known for being excellent with his head. He was about as tall as Wes Hoolahan and must have weighted about 10 stone.
