Liverpool bound to be tired after their Champions league game. Absolute easy 3 points...

I thought Gilmour and the sarge didn't look particularly fit last game, lets hope that has been rectified this week in training. Hopefully some good news on Idah too.

No presser updates this week as I'll be working!

Sarge tired really quickly which is unlike him, hopefully it was the after effects of his illness and he's back to full throttle at the weekend. Aarons looked totally knackered when he came off v Man City. Perhaps a rest would help him get over the last two games in which he didn't (for me) look to be at his best.

On the telly box out here. Thought we put up a good fight, until the defence decided to cat nap and get caught out, undid all the good work that had come from before. Pukki for all his running is not playing well, I lost count of all his misplaced passes, and attacks breaking down because of this. Pukki,Gilmour and the ref the weak links for me today. What smith sees in gilmour, I just don't know, to me, he offers nothing

Gilmour offers nothing to the team, Lees-Melou is a far better option for me. Pukki looks knackered and his sharpness is suffering. I thought we played really well. The goal came perhaps a bit too early and gave us a long time to hold out. Salah is different class, he must be the world #1 right now. We did well with him early on but once he came to life he was top drawer. Plus points for us .... Rashica, Williams, Hanley, Normann. Aarons was better and Sarge did well helping Max out. Performances like that versus our rivals should help us get some points but yesterday's other results were a big blow.

Pukki moves less than I do on my couch in a match. He rests so he can be quick enough to sprint offside on every break. Must be disheartening for all the others who played so hard in the march. Let's rest Pukki and see what happens next match.

Tbf, and assuming you're not a troll, Adam is out for the season now so Dean's slightly restricted in who to bring in.
Pukki hasn't got long left at the top of his game so might as well flog him for the rest of the season anyway, what is he 31 or 32 soon?
Rashica is on form so hopefully he'll pop in a few goals himself next game or so, Sargent back soon and young Mr Rowe is getting game time, that's about all the choices Dean has, unless he reverts back to Tzolis.

No, not a troll, just an uninformed American fan from Buffalo NY. If you know anything of Buffalo, we know how to root for a team regardless of their record. Our Bills have gotten better with a young quarterback willing to work hard and I see the same potential for the Canneries. Pukki is the ageing quarterback, a younger player with something to prove might just be the ticket out of relegation.

That young 'un would have been Idah. Sadly, we no longer have him as that option
