I would probably rather be at your work than spending the best part of 12 or 13 hours on club cabbageHave a good trip, I'll be at work ?
Irvine said he would be "using the squad" so I'd hope to see some changes, not many covered themselves in glory on Friday. I didn't think Pritch was as bad as Wes, but wouldn't be surprised to see neither, and have Naismith back in.Might be a bit refreshing to post on here for a bit...hahahaah
We're away from home so it's a loss but will it be a bad one?
Klose should be out regardless of injury or not but who comes in is almost irrelevant. Unless it's a youngster who I think may aswell be given a chance presuming we're not renewing Bassong contract.
I'd like to see the Howson Tettey midfield broken up. Saying that Wes doesn't deserve a start after what must have been his worst game this season on Friday.
I actually don't think we're good enough at the moment to only play two in the middle. I'd add Dorrans or Godfrey in there. Play Jacob just off Oliviera and Pritchard a free role behind them two. Not that Pritchard was any better than Wes who at least tracked back!
Pritch and Wes need to synch their schedules so that they both don't have stinkers on the same dayActually thought Howson and Tettey were the only ones really carrying the fight against Fulham in the first half. The only urgency came from them.
Pritchard seems to have got away with being lazy and sh*t (apart from the ball in for Jerome).
Absolutely. Busy doing nothing. Bradley Johnson used to do a bit of that.I think Pritchard basically having a free role in that second half sometimes makes him look more busy and active than he is. Whereas Wes was on the left and consistently helping back defensively.
I don't think Howson or Tettey were particularly poor on Friday but as a pair when did they last dominate and control midfield?
Going to be a bit awkward when he turns out to be not that special.Don't know if Maddison's fit but as I've been saying for weeks I would love him to get a chance.
I was thinking about that the other day actually, I don't have any doubt that the kid has a lot of talent and self-belief, but in hindsight the decision to turn down the chance to complete a full season at Aberdeen should set some alarm bells ringing. At his age he should be motivated to get as much football as possible. Aberdeen are quite a big club having an excellent season, one for the history books really (2nd place, European qualification, then normal service resumes and the Old Firm dominate again for a century).Going to be a bit awkward when he turns out to be not that special.
