I'd like to think so too, but this is Norwich City, and even the simplest of tasks we tend to make more difficult than we need to, but a performance anywhere close to the one against Derby and it should be 3 points coming back to carrow road

Don't understand why we didn't recall Toffolo, he's doing well for the team which is 2nd in League 1.
I see that Jarvis is crocked yet again, we could do with signing a couple of new left sided players.

As long as we don't try and leave it to deadline day again. I'd rather be left without a left winger than without a left back, can easily play an inverted winger if we have to but less keen on inverted full backs :wacko:
Going to see this one, hopefully the end of a 4 game streak without a win for me. I hope so because not going to end at Hillsborough, we never bloody win there!

We're simply not physical enough as a team, every time I see us play we are just getting bullied off of the park by teams which don't have too much by way of talent.
Desperate for a few bruisers, people like Gary O'Neil and Bradley Johnson who can throw themselves about a bit in this league.
There is nothing in what people call the 'Norwich way' which says you can't have a big lump up front and a midfield general in front of the back 4, who can do some of the ugly work to let the creative types play.
Desperate for a Safri type in midfield and a Daryl Murphy / Glenn Murray type up front. Instead we've got 3 diminutive attacking midfielders, two of them signed for a total of £16m. Alex Neil has just f*cked it up, we've got to sell to buy, but with the money he has spent since arriving we shouldn't be in the position where we blatantly need a complete overhaul.
Jacob Murphy is a wimp too, bottled a couple of 50/50's yesterday and I'm sure I saw him hiding a couple of times. He desperately needs a bit more mental strength if he is going to become the player that we think he can be.
Alex Neil has just done a terrible job of building this squad. The dynamic is completely wrong. Its clear that we'll need to sell a few to try and address this imbalance, but its definitely not clear that Alex Neil is the person to do it and I've seen no evidence that he realises he's at fault for this.

Got potential, probably well read in theory and has a sharp enough mind but it is clear he needs to mature as a person and get more hands on experience.
Perhaps we can send him to a physical league where he can learn that trying to be Barcelona won't work everywhere. Perhaps Scotland?
