Seems that when Yorkshire police said yesterday the only arrests were two people from Norwich they actually meant two people from Sheffield.
Great stuff dibble.

Its personal choice, you and me grew up in different football eras, plus, quite often, I have had my kids with me (when they were younger anyway) so would rather not draw undue attention. So its not about boosting anyones ego, its just about personal safety.Fans need to be streetwise to a degree but I disagree with doing things to make everything easier. Ill never not wear my colours away. Of course you might get some mouth walking around but the real streetwise aspect is not to antagonise people if youre unwilling to deal with the result.
I think some clubs fans think they have some reputation etc and not wearing colours just boosts their ego a little bit more.
Its a weird thing, and I'm not getting at our own fans, because like I have said, no one deserves to end the day in hospital.I suppose you've also got to take into account the average intelligence of your everyday football fan. If two big guys are waiting outside trying to provoke a reaction, you'd like to think most of us could just laugh it off in the knowledge they're only hanging about because they don't want to go back to their 1 bed flat with 8 children, 6 of which have been addicted to crack cocaine since birth, who undermine every single thing they do as parents, and when friends ask their children "what does your daddy do?" their response is "let me down".
But too many people seem to get so angry and wound up by it and thus problems ensue.
Have you been reading my mail again?!Its a weird thing, and I'm not getting at our own fans, because like I have said, no one deserves to end the day in hospital.
I'm a passionate fan, I'll sing, get wound up, shout, swear, the whole nine yards. But sometimes when I look around, and this is just as much at home as it is away, you see folks really shouting venom at the opposing fans, barely paying any attention to whats happening on the pitch, spit running down their chins, veins popping out of their foreheads and it really does make you wonder about them.
I feel this is a bit of damage limitation, as they are expecting trouble at this weekends derby. They've banned seven supporters this year already!
