..the queue system worked last night.

I was on the phone at 5.55pm and it was saying the lines are closed. Same as the internet, 5.55pm, website closed until 6pm. Kept hitting refresh and redial just to be told at 6pm that the phone lines were so busy they were not adding anyone else to the queue and had over an hour wait on the internet. Surely I should have been at least level with the first people 'in line'

Needless to say I didn't get the extra tickets I needed. At least I have 1 for me and my Dad so shouldn't complain really! To sell out in just over an hour is pretty impressive!

I was in the queue online at 5pm and got one in two minutes.

That's strange, I just kept getting a message at 5pm saying the website was closed until 6pm. Just kept refreshing the page until I was dumped into over an hour long queue!

Never mind, my sister will just have to watch it on the tele! Would have only been her 3rd game this season anyway!

Yeah it was closed until 6pm.  I went on the site at 5.45 then at 6 it opened up and got 2 more tickets 10 minutes later

I guess there were a lot of people hitting that refresh button come 6pm. Your place in the queue was probably determined by milliseconds. I initially got told I had a 19 minute wait, which gradually increased to around 45 before decreasing. I reckon I finally got on about 6.30 by which time I estimate about half the tickets had gone.

From a technological point of view I think the servers held up very well given the intensity of the load they must have been under.

Well my refresh finger was more on the ball today! Got into the queue with just 2 minutes wait and got the 2 tickets I needed. LVL1 on the way half way line for £100. Better than my ticket I got for myself so now going to do a cheeky swap

I live about 3 hour drive from Carrow Road though and they are collection only today. Will have to convince someone I know from Norwich to collect them for me, or maybe a road trip on Sunday lol

Despite having tickets I couldn't resist going online this morning. Had a 10min wait and could have picked up tickets easily (albeit £100 tickets). So, that is three opportunities to get tickets, and I got online three times. Anyone who complains about not being able to buy tickets must have been very unlucky, or just didn't try very hard!

What I did notice is that they increased the prices of the tickets.  I got one in the morning on my 3rd season ticket for £36, then when I went back on at 6 to get more the price had gone up to £52 for exactly the same block just a few seats away

Yup, my first 2 tickets in Tier 1 were £75ea on the first release. My 2nd set of 2 were £100ea on the 3rd release, they are closer to the half way line though...
