Pink'un getting a new forum...

I was a very active poster on the Pink'un for several years, but as the feuds were allowed to develop the posters I most enjoyed interacting with started to drift away one by one, so I just gave up posting. When I heard about this site I was sceptical but given that I knew several of the people involved personally I gave it a go and have to say that, so far, its been a delight. It would certainly take much more than improved functionality to get me back to the Pink'un, despite my Archant connections.

Thanks to your "heads up" about this site I am now enjoying posting about CITY again.

Would need a complete change of attitude by some posters on that forum ,which frankly is very unlikely to happen.

This forum gives discussion without antagonism :wub:

Always liked your posts over there, Beauseant, but it was never long before the slagging and feuding started, so like you, I lost interest ('Yelloow since 72' over there). This site has been great for good discussion and none of that nonsense.

This forum seems much more civilised (let's hope that continues) and has been the catalyst for me to join. This is my first contribution. I expect to add to football related topics, as and when I feel I have something worth saying. I doubt I will join the pink'un.

I to have been reading the Pink Un message boards and did at one time put things on there under a different name but now it's gone crazy. We all love our team but with all the rubbish being said on there I wonder if they do, for me it went downhill after they stopped moderating the posts.

I joined this club because I want to talk and read all that is positive about our beloved club and I hope that is what this forum is all about.
