Did we sell him or did he want to leave? I understood the latter. I was led to believe he, along with Morison, criticised the playing one up front style of Hughton, and apart from the family moving North, was the reason he left.People will always find something to moan about. The degree depends on whether we win or lose. If we lose, expect Canary calls questioning why we sold him.
We need to make the game about us, not a returning ex player.
I question the fragility of the crowd though, we need a good start.
But he does have an ego that stretches from here to Yorkshire, which probably made him a better player, so I expect him to want to start and to score at least one goal.
