Should we keep Hooper?

No, none whatsoever, pure speculation on my part, coupled with his name being linked to a few clubs.
Since when was speculation 'pure' Morty? We hate it when the journos do it!  :D

With RVW now seemingly on his way to France, I think it's vital we keep hold of Hooper. All these accusations of him being 'fat' and 'disinterested' will soon disappear once he gets in the groove. Once August's over and he knows he's here until January at least, he'll be itching to prove he still has the goalscoring touch. We clearly don't want to sell him now RVW has gone, and as such it'd take a huge offer for Adams to consider shuffling his attacking pack once again at this late stage. Nobody is going to offer that kind of money for a player largely unproven in the top flight.

Keeping Hoops at this level is a no brainer as he will score a shed load.

We need 4 strikers so yes, def keep. Although the weight gain over the summer is unprofessional and unimpressive.

Like rhodes he is not a good footballer but should score again this season. If we got a decent offer and could sign a replacement I wouldnt be sad to see him go

I was really disappointed to see his weight gain at the Dereham game, hopefully that is already coming off.

I had assumed that he would stay and be the main man this year as I always assumed RvW would go.  I must say at first I saw Grabban and Lafferty coming as meaning he might want out but Grabban looks more a third striker with Lafferty and Hooper maybe being the front two.

All in all we could be scoring enough to put up with our leaky defence (tongue in cheek)

Wow I've posted more on here than in the last three years on the Pink Un already!

Think it's hard to find quality strikers and no one doubts Hooper in the right frame of mind is a quality striker.

Just hope he's in the right frame of mind. Heard it said a few times he doesn't like it in Norfolk.

I would like Hooper to stay because we will need a deep squad for the season ahead but he needs to have a massively improved year.
