Chances of getting ticket on General Sale

Wow, disappointed with this apparent change in plans, I am sure I read it before that non Premium customers would be able to purchase through the website on Wednesday evening.

Depending on how things pan out, any ideas about other places to look for tickets?  This site prohibits asking for more than face value right?  How about pinkun.com? Same policy?

Just checked craigslist, and noticed tickets for FA Cup Final, seems asking price is about 150GBP per ticket for that.  You think should be going for a bit less for this game?

If Middlesborough don't use their allocation, you think they will release any more?  Not sure how that could work unless they have already reserved off some blocks in anticipatoin of that.

How does this work, if you have a customer number, are they not just on general sale? Not really been following it, I got mine quite early.

If there are tickets left after 6pm on Wednesday season ticket holders and priority members can buy one more ticket each on behalf of another member. To do this they will need to have added the member to their 'Friends & Family' list (log in to tickets.canaries.co.uk and look under 'My Account'), and to do this they will need the member's membership number, postcode and surname.

I was meant to be quoting Moosheep there - my OH would probably like to go.  Mind you, I'm not sure I'd enjoy it with her saying "so Norwich are the ones in yellow and green, which goal are they attacking this half ?".  Much as I love Mrs ICF, footie isn't her strong suit.

The few occasions I have taken the other half to the football she gets really carried away with the atmosphere, but has pretty much no concept of what is going on on the pitch. Her shout of preference, in her best middle England tones, is "Go Canaries" as I slide under my seat with embarrassment.

I dont know, as much as I would love to go to Wembley, Id hate it to be at the expense of a fan who regularly attends games.

I've been supporting Norwich since 1992, but I have only been to a few games in the last 10 years. Whilst trying to go to Wembley would be tempting, it wouldnt be fair if I squeezed out someone who follows the club more activley than me.

If there were spare tickets the club couldnt sell though I wouldnt mind taking one of those!

My 4th date with my now wife was Doncaster Rovers vs Norwich in 2008/9

Not a great game for her first ever match! In fairness though she knows as much about football as any chap, she doesnt just fancy the players. She supports Liverpool so I took her to Anfield in our first season back. Far better experience!

McNally reckons they could have sold 60,000 tickets so there will inevitably be disappointed people around. I really can't see the justification though in selling tickets to people who never go to any matches just because they know a season ticket holder or priority member and fancy a fun day out while people who regularly attend home or away matches don't even get the chance to buy a ticket.

Just purchased from a ticket tout for £194. 

I'm not telling the missus how much I paid, but I can't miss this.

The shambolic bit was the fact that people were still able to purchase priority memberships for this season after it was announced that priority members could get a ticket. 

Although i would have exploited that loophole myself if I'd have known early enough, it makes a mockery of the whole allocation thing. 

I only know a few season ticket holders, and all had been asked by multiple people to get them a ticket, got fed up with asking so just bought one at a ludicrous price.
