Last outfield player to get England cap?

This is probably one of those questions which I'll say "oh yeah!" to when answered, but who was the last outfield player to win an England cap whilst a Norwich player? 

John Ruddy, Robert Green and Chris Woods all played for England whilst Norwich players, but all keepers.

It would probably have been Darren Eadie if he weren't so unlucky twice getting injured in training before England friendlies. It surely can't be Mark Barham in 1983, can it? 

The reason I'm asking is that I have a feeling Nathan Redmond may be the next one if he can take his form into the Premier League. Apparently he is eligible to play for Ireland, and he has continuously impressed for the U21's, just got a feeling that Hodgson will want to get him capped this season like Jack Grealish!

BJ was rumoured to be close to a call-up at some point. Sutton perhaps should have been if he wasnt. Was the England B thing after he'd moved?

Think you've mis-read my question. Im asking if there was anyone who made an England squad but didnt get on the pitch between now and when Watson won his caps. I can see how that sentence can be read another way!
