My initial thoughts are to sell and I agree that there is some doubt at the moment as to whether he can cut it in the Prem. But if this is because as has been suggested above that he hasn't settled here and is disgruntled at the moment that attitude could change if he were to return 'home' to Bournemouth. A fired up Lewis Grabben with a point to prove might just score enough to give his club a point or two between now and the end of the season and that point or two might be enough to keep them up at our expense. Who knows how fine the margins might be come seasons end. So I would sell but not to a direct rival. Neil seems to have moved from saying just that to 'not at less than our valuation'.

We wouldn't want Stoke to take that stance when we go back in for Walters though, would we? 

I know that Stoke are less likely to go down than Bournemouth or us, but they may well be somewhere in the bottom half among the relegation fodder.

How would you feel about our asking price for Grabban if you were a Bournemouth fan?

Say for example we had sold Chris Martin to Derby for 3m. How would we feel if we wanted to resign him just a season later, but were being told we had to pay £8m for him. After he had a less prolific season than with us?

I'd be annoyed that we'd agreed to a £3m release clause in his contract.

Personally, reading what Beausant has said about where he was domiciled and the alleged walk out yesterday, I believe it is time for him to move on, as mush for him as anyone.

But I also think we have to sometimes remember that everyone makes mistakes and some have short fuses and who knows he might well be regretting a fit of temper yesterday. So if he goes, I think we should wish him good luck and ask him to count to three in future,

None of us are privvy to his conversations with the manager about his future and we just have to rely on the manager's good judgement in this matter. I did wonder why he wasn't playing last night but that is up to the management team of course and everyone now has to accept that.

Come on, that Rotherham incident was one of the most pathetic decisions by the referee. Grant Holt does it and he's a hero for not letting himself be intimidated.

Violent conduct is a red card, that's the rule book.

Doesn't matter where he punched him, or how hard it was. He's a professional footballer, he's paid handsomely to know the rules of the game. 

You can't get a yellow for a punch, ref had no choice but to send him off. 

I can't remember Grant Holt ever clenching his fist and punching an opponent, seen him lead with his elbow but never punch an opponent?

What if nobody else wants him? Let him go to a rival (possibly at a discounted price) or keep a player who doesn't want to be here? Its a tough decision.

But hey, we don't know what actually went on, or how Grabben feels about Norwich, Bournemouth or anyone else. We just have to rely on the club to resolve the situation to the best possible outcome for Norwich City, which I am sure they will endeavour to do.

If Bournemouth are prepared to give us £6m for him (which is looks like they are) then I'd let him go in a heartbeat. We can't be turning down that sort of money purely to spite the player.

The bloke just absconded from a matchday squad for a competitive fixture which I paid money to go and watch, I'm entitled to my opinion. 

My opinion is that he has shown a complete lack of respect for his teammates, his manager, his employers, and fans of this club and therefore has to go.

If we sell him we'll be rewarding him for his lack of respect as he'll be getting exactly what he wants, which sets a bad precedent.
