Worst manager in the world? Absolutely not.

The manager who brought us the WORST football I've seen in my entire 30+ years as a Norwich supporter? Absolutely YES!

Hughton took all the momemtum and belief that Lambert had put into our players, and systematically went about destroying it all whilst playing a negative brand of football that wasn't even effective anyway!

I'd still say that Hughton is one of the best managers I've come across in terms of public speaking and conveying a VERY professional image of himself and the club, but his management here was total dross - as was the bloody football!!!

Like I said mate, the football and performances are just fine at Brighton. Also I'd question whether the football was worse in the late 90s/early 00s but I get your point.

Hughton just got his second summer transfer window completely wrong.

Good manager who just f*cked it up is how I remember him.

Redmond, Olsson and Fer were pretty good. Hooper wasn't awful and even Garrido made sense. I'd say he got some of it wrong but the window was more good than bad.

If he was a good manager he would have found a system for our world class poacher.

Yeah Ola Toivonen was definitely the missing link.

Sunderland just couldn't find the right system for their world class number 10.
