I like how Lambert's head is a completely different resolution (Scaled down to match the picture), is the only element of the photo which has no blur whatsoever and the black level on his glasses are far deeper than anything else on the picture.

So could this work a bit like a survey when buying a house? It comes back with say rising damp and the buyers then want a discount? It seems that's what happened with QPR with Remy so maybe they're trying their luck with us with Fer. I hope we don't fall for it.

Do the clubs insurers have some say in what they must check? I'd imagine their policy is different to Norwich's and Liverpools as well. Perhaps they cover different things?

You know what (and now I'm getting drawn into this clown too....which I hate myself for) but when Adams was interviewed on BBC after last nights game, and he said things 'flair up' in transfers and he wouldn't comment. I wondered if he may have failed a medical at that time, otherwise he would have just confirmed it there and then.
Remember - Fer has previous. He failed a medical with Everton.

I suspect he's also taking a punt based on Neil refusing to comment on transfers last night saying " one or two things have flared up" (which I would interpret as Wigan's attempt to derail the Jerome deal).
Either way, he's put himself well and truly on the spot now.

I have absolutely no idea, but I imagine most medicals follow a very similar pattern. However Fer had some problems a couple of years back with medicals and his knees. Obviously £8-£10 million is a big investment.

It is rather strange.
He trained Monday, bid Monday night possibly, traveled to QPR on Tuesday for medical etc.., confirmed today or medical failed today... and a Dutch site showing Leroy Fer in the Netherlands squad with (QPR) as his team - http://www.football-oranje.com/guus-hiddink-announces-first-netherlands-squad/
