Couldn't see a bit about the euros so here you are.
Been a strange one so far, lot's of incident and heart stopping moments.
I see Scotland are being consistent with their performances.
Let's hope they get a good whacking on Friday, yeah the best team win and all that.

Just finished watching the Spain game, no idea how they didn't win that. Well I do, they were massively dominant but poor in front of goal.

The Scotland game was amusing this afternoon, especially that second goal!

My tip (before seeing them play) is Belgium. But have to say Italy looked good, and we have yet to see Germany and France. I don't think England have got what it takes to win this.

Sweden could so easily have nicked it. I suppose the test will be how they set up and play their other two games.

Italy did look a level above, isn't the case though, that best performances need to be saved for later in the tournament.

Holland v Ukraine was probably the most entertaining game so far, England are miles away from some of the other sides. We’ll get out of the group and that will probably be it. To be honest I really don’t care as I’m club before country and England matches get hijacked by non football fans anyway.

I have to admit, I look at Spain, Portugal, France and Germany and find myself asking the question "Would England beat them?"

It really isn't coming home :D

For me, having watched every game, apart from the England and Belgium ones, I really enjoyed the Holland v Ukraine game, thought Spain Sweden boring. No, I will not watch the England/Scotland game. Still remembering the second goal against Flapper Marshall:eek:

Based on last night I'd fancy England over Spain. Infact if England had turned in Spain's performance I think there would have been quite a bit of whinging about it, they weren't particularly exciting and were pretty toothless.

As for England in general, they've got the players to hurt teams and if Philips can keep playing like that then at least the opposition will know they're in a game.

Still not impressed about Trippier at left back. I know there's the claim of his experience alongside the less experienced Mings but Trippier wasn't that convincing defensively (even though Croatia didn't offer much) and limited our forward play. And Shaw is a pretty street wise operator. Southgate can justify it because we won but to me it just feels like a coach overthinking it.

I notice that VAR seems to be doing well, almost anonymous, compared to England. Why? Incompetent officials Inability to work the var system correctly brown envelopes or a combination of all three?

I always find continental ref's much better than British ones. But the odd thing is when a British ref referees abroad, he seems much better. All about our stupid FA's interpretation of the rules.

Aye, will give you Spain, totally lost their cutting edge up front.

France looked good, and very much the favourites. I could be tempted into an outside bet on Belgium...

Holland looked impressive last night, albeit against a fairly poor Austria.

Big game tonight!

Didn't look like they got out of second gear, seemed to be playing well within themselves.
Let's all hope for a Scottish exit tonight.

Neither Scotland nor England will get anywhere near the business end of the Euros on that display

Just terrible, wasn't it? Especially England. Southgate needs sacking.

Hanley had a decent game.

I didn’t watch it. I was round a friends, six of us and six bottles of wine :). The game was on in the background but we hardly looked at it, did I miss much ?;)

I think you know the answer!

I honestly wonder if it is time for Southgate to go, we have the brightest generation of young footballers in a long time, all of them playing top level club football, and we still look shit. Slow, clueless, scared and lacking any creativity. We look a million miles away from the likes of Holland, Italy and France.
