He is the spokesperson for the club. Everyone else is hiding away. Remember when Webber used to give interviews about his plans for the club? Seems like he's lost interest. We will do an Ipswich if we are not careful. Maybe, that is what is needed. These players are not getting us out of this division, and they definitely ain't keeping us in the premier league. Unless a strong manager can come in and shake them up, we are going to deteriorate. Teams coming down from premier will be too strong. Teams coming up from the 1st division, unpredictable. We are screwed. It's not all Smith's fault. But, his tactics leave a lot to be desired.

I could cry at how bad this team has become. They get good money every week to turn out that kind of piss-poor performance. I believe these players think they are better than they really are. Football; the only line of work whereby, you can be rewarded for being crap. Fired, but then given another job the following week, just to be fired again, and paid off. Sit on a bench for half the season and be paid well for the privilege. I'm in the wrong job.

New manager for me would be Ipswich Town's manager as that would piss them off and dismantle their championship promotion hopes. 2nd choice would be Sean Dyche. A hard manager who motivates his players (even though he will be taking on some real shit players, make no mistake). Likely manager, seeing as it's Norwich City and they don't like to spend money, just make it, will be Russell Martin as he is young, keen, knows the club set up, oh!, and he's cheap.

Sean Dyche would be my choice. Kieran McKenna is a good shout too. If we go down the 'former player' route I'd prefer Mark Robins to Russell Martin.

Forgot about Robbins. Yes I like him. I just want to see a manager with a bit of back-bone. These players need shaking up.
