Venturing to the Lion's den to cast my eye over our potential play off credentials!

This will be a stern test, and as we were saying in other thread, this is the first decent team that Wagner has come up against so it will be interesting to see how we do. Hoping Millwall's midweek game is a wee bit of an advantage for us. Assume similar team to last week, I don't think Josh is available, can see Idah leading the line again but the longer he goes without a goal, the likelier it is that Teemu replaces him. Wagner seems really keen on Sorenson, and can see the logic away from home, perhaps.

Their home record and their recent results against Sheff Utd & Burnley are impressive.

Do you play Pukki or not?

He might or might not be here next season so there must be some logic in developing the team around the players who are guaranteed to be here.

If he scores all your goals then logic also dictates you play him, win the games first, then worry about next season.

Does he look like scoring every time he plays? Honestly not at the moment, maybe being rested will have given him a nudge?
Previous managers had a policy of playing him regardless and at every opportunity, regardless of his form, so this is a departure from the norm.
Who knows?
There are so many questions to be answered during the next few weeks, promotion, players contracts, club ownership etc.

Well, if Carlsberg did away days!

Cracking day, that started and ended in Spoons in Riverside! Absolute train carnage all the way there and back, engineering works on the Liverpool street line meant we went via Cambridge, and it just created chaos everywhere, amusingly saw a lad get his head jammed in some underground doors, train was packed and he was stood near the doors, and they shut on his head, I assumed they opened in that situation, but they didn't, and 3 of his mates had to pull them apart, and free him, shouldn't have been as funny as it was, but it was actually hilarious. Got to Cambridge North on way home and huge delay as they thought a man on the train had died, they had all sorts of people prodding and poking him, but I think he was just leathered, and had fallen asleep, but they got him off the train and into a wheelchair anyway, he looked most bemused by it all. Then all that faff created more train bedlam as about a million people crammed into a 4 carriage train to Norwich. Safe to say I had to go straight to the Queen of Iceni on my arrival at Norwich, to decompress and calm my nerves!

The footy was pretty good too.
