I really like the idea of FFP and everything it stands for, and I also like that we play along, very much in the spirit, mainly because it is the right way to run a club. But I don't really understand how they will ever achieve their aim, and if anyone has ever really been punished for a breach? It would obviously be stupid fining a club that transgresses, but I would assume some kind of transfer embargo could be imposed?

The punishment side of this is the issue, there doesn’t seem to be any set rules ( what happened to the 10 point deduction? ) Wuss gorn orn at QPR ?

In theory if Bournemouth ever get relegated they should be punished, as they broke the rules but got away with it by being promoted. Its kinda difficult to punish a team who have been financially irresponsible, by imposing a fine or punishment that puts them at further disadvantage, its morally iffy really, and would have to be treated on a case by case basis, and be especially aimed at owners with very deep pockets, you can't tell me that Wolves are complying?
