Advice needed QPR away please

Hi, Looking for some advice please...

My father-in-law, an avid Norwich fan is coming over from Australia later in the year.  The only game that the canaries are playing while he is in the country is away to QPR.

Can anyone advise if you usually sell out your away ticket allocation for this game.  I assume I will be able to get him tickets in the home end (I wouldn't have thought it would be a sellout?), but I would much rather us sit in the away end. 

Any idea how many tickets you usually get and if they sell out.  Also will they go on general sale or is there any membership schemes that I'm better off joining that will make it easier for me to get tickets?

Usually difficult to get a ticket to London away games, because London is so easy to get to from Norwich (compared with anywhere else in the country at least).

Best bet is to ring the club, perhaps they will discretely set you some aside?

Thanks for that.   I had a feeling that might have been the case.  I will try the ticket office and see what they say

Yeah I went to QPR away a few years ago and we sold out our end. Think they allocated us 1500 but then upped it to about 1800 because they were so in demand. You're probably gonna have trouble getting them as I doubt they'll get to general sale.

Have heard of times that the club have helped people out with tickets when coming from afar, so really worth getting in touch with the club. May be worth finding out who deals with liaison with the various international supporters clubs rather than the general dogsbody at the ticket office?
