While not exactly "bricking it", I am anxious. Ipswich have noticed our weakness - the long ball down the middle, coupled with quick attacks. Ruddy and his defence have got to play out of their skins, and cut out the errors of poor defensive headers and diving saves which go straight to attackers.
Part of me wonders if, despite his value as captain, Martin struggles with the high balls and Bennett might do better with his height.
I expect us to score against Ipswich, probably by a midfielder as our strikers are off duty, but I am concerned that they are a good attacking side and could beat us going forward.
Oddly enough, if we get through and are pitched against Middlesboro I am more confident despite losing to them twice. They don't have the same threat up front. In fact I would feel more confident against them than against Brentford.
