Atmosphere (I love a party with a happy atmosphere)

The club had a consultation last night with representatives of various supporters groups on how best to improve the atmosphere at Carrow road.

A question being punted around is goal music, yes or no?

Definite yes. I would absolutely love Samba de janeiro to be bought back

On a serious note I genuinely would, and think it'd be better for atmosphere rather than everyone just clapping after a goal is scored. The only thing is the goal music needs to start within 5 seconds of the goal being scored. There were occasions towards the end of the 'music times' where the players were already wrapping up their celebrations when the music started, and therefore the music was still playing when the game re-started. Think that's probably part of the reason they stopped doing it.

I'd like it, but no shitty 90s tunes. I loved Samba and the nostalgia is nice, but time to move on.

Yeah too overused I reckon. Want something that's recognisable but unique to us at the same time.

I genuinely would quite like Samba, don't really care if it's 90s. It's a bit cheesy but I think goal music is supposed to be a little bit.

It can't be any worse to coming out to 'Live and Let Die' anyway

They talked about a lot of things at the meeting, I don't want to go into too much detail as the supporters clubs that I got the info from probably want to use it on their own websites.

Flags, banners and specific singing areas were discussed (the Barclay end projekt did some great work raising atmosphere at U23 games a few seasons ago)

I think though whats most important is improving things on the pitch, and healing the disconnect a lot of fans felt last season, which the club are working very hard to do.

I presume that "Canary" doesn't perhaps translate literally to German. I once asked a German friend to translate the Audi slogan "Vorsprung durch technik" and he couldn't translate it exactly, and the closest he could muster was "progression through technology".
