One point of interest on the levels of away support, I didn't realise that clubs in the Championship only have to provide a maximum of 2,000 away tickets. It's up to individual home clubs if they actually want to provide more. Wednesday do, Forest don't, despite having one of the largest capacities in the league

Makes you realise how loyal our support base is, always makes me proud when I see the level of away support, and on the odd few occasions I have joined them in recent years they are a credit to the club.

Also, looking at Bournemouth makes you realise just how well they are doing with very low attendances.

I am getting a little tired of this obsession with average attendance. I do wonder i it's made the club a bit complacent knowing full well that we'll turn up whatever dross they put on show.

It's a little too early to panic just yet but unless we start getting results soon, I hope our fans vote with their feet a bit more and then the club will get the message.

The atmosphere this season has been not impressive. I thought it was poor for Bolton until we got the second. There is a smouldering concern building about where we are going? This is caused by the pressure of all knowing our best chance if going up quickly is this year and feeling that it is badly not going to plan ( despite 30 games to play).

I also think the board are under pressure to not make mistakes as per last year so it has to turn around quickly or Adams is out. I wouldn't be that annoyed if that happened to be honest.

I wouldn't be annoyed if there was a change but to be honest unless someone was ready to step in as soon as the axe fell, we could be four or five games without a manager which could do irreparable damage.

And it is probably easy for me as an exile to look at it purely logically and ask what the fuss is all about when we are 1 point off the play offs. No I don't have a season ticket and only get to certain away games but nonetheless hurt exactly the same way as everyone else. Perhaps at 63 I can accept it easier knowing what shape the club is in since I started watching in 1960. Perhaps I just have to accept that the game is as disposable as a razor nowadays and if change to takes place, just roll with it.
