IMO we could have Hooper up front in a 4-2-3-1 with Jerome on the left and Grabban or Redmond on the right and Wes or Odjidja-Ofoe in the hole with Tettey and Howson in MF. Lafferty and Loza on the bench and Johnson and O'Neil if needed in MF. The options are great!

The guy seems to be the complete package - big, strong, quick, inventive and also good at talking tactics (that recent interview in the PinkUn). To see him encouraging the younger players in our squad was really impressive. He'd never made much of an impression on me before due to the style of play he was expected to fit into but now he seems to be a cut above the Championship.
