Have been impressed with him over the two legs against Man Utd, particuarly the second leg where he had a nice touch, good incisive passing and took up great positions to show for the ball.
Couple that with not being over awed with the situation and scoring 3 in his last 4, I hope we are giving serious thought for him pushing for a first team place when his loan ends on Feb 16th,
I certainly hope we arent entertaining the idea of selling him to Luton. I know we have a lot of midfielders right now, but Wes is coming to an end, personally I dont rate Johnson, Gary O'neil and Vadis injured, surely this would indicate a good time for him to be at least on the bench?
I know a couple of good performance does not necessarily transform him into a regular starter, but what I've seen so far he deserves a chance.
