Canaries Player: I appear to be paying for something which doesn't exist...

I noticed that EFL Digital had taken £4.49 from my account on 20th June. Presumably the same will happen on 20th July. 

These are payments for Canaries Player, but this seized to exist in May.

Somewhat annoying because the means of cancelling it was to login and do it from the account options, but I can't login to something which doesn't exist. 

So now have the headache of persuading my bank to cancel the DD, or having to ring EFL Digital themselves.

I wonder how many other fans are getting stung by this charge? That charge does not give me access to ifollow.

I have been in a similar situation with something like this, my bank were fantastic, and even reclaimed an earlier DD that had been taken out. I think theres a direct debit guarantee and they have to do this by law.

Is the thing just ceasing to exist, or they replacing it with something new?

Its been replaced by iFollow, but that costs more money and my existing credentials don't work with it (have to sign up again). 

iFollow looks good for overseas fans though!
