Chances of getting ticket on General Sale

Given they sold 15000 in two hours last Saturday, and given the web site is reporting over an hour wait, I don't see there being any tickets left come the morning. I hope everyone got all they needed.

Good stuff, am hearing lots of tales of people getting the tickets they needed. I am glad, as a lot of people were a bit uncertain.

No, missed that one too morty, managed the home leg when we first won the League Cup against Rochdale though!

I went to the last time and the others against Spurs and Vanilla.   got to see 1 win. 

had to give up S/T coz of disability and lack of money.  so didn't try to get a ticket, I somehow know McNally would find a way of milking more money out of it all.   I have  personal experience of him in dealings and not a nice man at all.  He has done a great  job  though.

I don't think they have totally covered themselves in glory over the ticketing, but then not as bad as Bro..who allowed people to buy 4 at one transaction.

They basically put a lot of the decision making in the hands of season ticket holders and super members. The two groups that most deserved to get their own tickets, and also decide who to give extra tickets to.

This way pretty much every ticket has gone to a genuine, game attending fan, if they had been on general sale then a lot of deserved people could have missed out, by luck of teh draw if nothing else.

The issue is though, that the super-membership was left open once we were in the playoffs, so basically you could sign up and essentially guarantee your wembley ticket by becoming a super-member, this should of been left closed so only this seasons members could get a ticket, you could of not gone to a game for 37 years, become a super-member and book your place at wembley, doesn't seem right to me.

Thats a fair point.

There were always going to be people who missed out. Its a sply and demand thing. I think that the majority of regular supporters got tickets which is probably the best that the club could achieve. Its sad for the few who didn't but I personally think that the club has handled things pretty well.

Me neither, although I have seen some Norwich based people on my facebook showing off tickets who I've never once seen mention being a Norwich fan before. Some even actively support one of the big four/five clubs and have jumped on the bandwagon for this game.

Not that I can be too preachy about entitlement, I've been to just 3 games this season (all away games) and then handed my money to the blackmarket so the club haven't had much money at all from me this year, I'd be pretty low on the list of those who deserve one.
