Only surprise there for me is Ruddy, but not that big a surprise as I guess he's one of our higher earners. Its good that we are showing faith in Rudd and Toffolo as I reckon they'll be good enough in the Championship, so that's quite a smart move.

Almost as expected - Ruddy been keen to move and while, for me, he is head an shoulders better than McGovern his wages were a drag.

Very happy with the others,  although I am a little surprised at rudd getting an offer - perhaps reinsurance in case we can not sign another No 1 over the summer.

I have no doubt there will be a number of sales too as these are simply those that are now out of contract.

We need a new number 1, I would also put Mvgovern up for sale. Bearing in mind we didn't pay for him a nominal fee to cover the rest of his contract and he can move on. Whites will probably go back to Scotland, the rest will find championship clubs interested and that's about it although it depends on Ruddy whether he wants to warm the bench on better wages in the prem.

I think they'd both be excellent agents for us.  Potential for many errors from both!

Ryan Bennett would probably be a good player for Ipswich in fairness, and the way they play football, he wouldn't look half as bad in a team which sits deep and isn't under any illusions about their ability to dominate possession. They are often happy to stick 10 men behind the ball. He'd probably do well for them and I wouldn't blame him if he signed for them really - he came here because he's relatively local, so if he wants to remain local then that's the best alternative.

Delighted we've retained Rudd, I still think he could nail down that number 1 shirt, just got thrown in at the deep end too early in the Premier League.

Not unlike many City fans it's ridiculous how some of them think Ryben is worth a look. He is the least talented/able of the bunch, apart from maybe Lafferty.

Its about 1000% more ridiculous that some of them think they could afford to sign John Ruddy.

Bennett might do OK for Ipswich, they play a completely different style of football. He has been massively overrated for the duration of his time here, but he has been particularly bad this season because of our style of football. He'll do much better at the Championship version of Stoke under Pulis / Bolton under Allardyce, which is pretty much what Ipswich are.... lots of head tennis and hoofs and sticking 10 men behind the ball and just accepting that you haven't got the talent to try and dominate possession. . 

I think they could do worse to be honest, and its about his level. If he did go there he'd be replacing Steven Taylor, injury prone and equally over rated for the bulk of his career. Its not like they've got any money to spend, they're always all over the free agents like a rash.

Not sure how I feel about this, no matter how you feel about how much we paid for him, how he has played in the past etc, he brings steel, grit and experience to our midfield, he's a bit of a bastard that we have been missing since Grant Holt left. He has a good football brain and links up well with the likes of Pritchard and Wes. I suppose if you're being entirely clinical we are overloaded in his position, but we need to be careful just how far we go with this cull. Unless of course Webber already has replacements scouted and ready to come in....
