That's true, to be honest it feels very harsh to call for a manager change when we're still very close to a decent position and just had several good results. And like you said the board look to have made their change already.

I really don't see the point in changing managers now, to be honest I'm most worried about the club failing to hang on to our best players in January. Literally the only difference that changing managers would make is that we'd probably see Bassong brought back into the fold. but I doubt we'd be able to reach a consensus on whether a returning Bassong would be a good thing or a bad thing. That could go either way. 

I'd much rather we finished the season with Adams-Phelan if it meant keeping the likes of Redmond and Ruddy at the club than seeing a managerial change but a key player sold. We've already got a squad with the ability to grab a play-off place, and that means a possible trip to Wembley and possible promotion, I'd like to think that the club wouldn't put that in jeopardy. I probably speak for most fans when I say that I'd take a play-off final. 

Transfer policy is what concerns me at the moment, we've got a month of speculation to look forward to (or dread).
