Delighted again
For Neil and his men
As once more he staved off the mob,
And left in dismay
The thousands who bay
Each week, that he should lose his job
And talking of dances
We had all the chances
And led the Wolves a merry one,
Even though they had
An ex- City lad
In charge, we still got the job done
Maybe the penny
Has dropped for the many
That he still has the boards´ full trust,
And with every win
Sacking won´t begin
It´s deeply buried picking up dust
And rightly so
This loyalty show
From Delia´s governing crop,
Puts many to shame
Who just think this game
Is musícal chairs at the top
Now all we need
Is for fans to heed
The message that they´re sending out,
Then maybe the assembly
Will revisit Wembley
In May, for one more knockout bout. OTBC
