If the Henderson rumours are true then I'd quite like to know why he is so averse to giving a permanent contract to a goalkeeper. Loaned Steer at Huddersfield, then Lossl, then Gunn here, now Henderson perhaps? That's 4 years in a row with a loanee in goal at Webber clubs. Its a bit weird to be honest, getting kickbacks from the goalkeepers union?

I think the board will be happy to hold their hands up in saying Moxey was a terrible mistake, like i say, he must have done a good interview! I like Webber, I have spoken to him, and he will tell you exactly how it is. In a confident, assuring way though, not a Moxey style, arrogant way.

Its tricky with keepers though, you don't know they are going to be any good until you actually play them regularly, and you can waste a lot of money finding out they aren't. They aren't like an outfield player where you can just throw them on for 20 minutes in a match, just to see how they do. I mean, lets face it, Angus Gunn was a massive gamble, sure he was outstanding in theory, but he didn't have a single league start under his belt, before he played for us!
