before my time too, but was one of those players you just know loved his time at the club, one of my dads favourite players, RIP Duncan

He was in the team when I started going to Carrow Road, along with players like Kevin Keelan etc. I remember his last game for us before retiring, Cyril Regis gave him a torrid time. I also started going to away games when the club started doing coaches, and he would travel with us. It’s going to be emotional on Sunday, another part of my youth gone.

I had the privilege of watching him many times and of being boomed at from across Timberhill, "How yer doin' big man" followed by a ten minute chat. A true legend and a sad day. Rest In Peace Big Dunc. My condolences to his family and friends.
