The official site has currently not got him on there and has Barry Simmonds as 'Director of Football Recruitment', which sounds like a Chief Scout role to me.

Tbf I'd expect a chief scout to spend most of his time watching teams that aren't based in Norwich

You would have thought that he would have worked that out the first time he was employed by the club!

Of course, but he was very reluctant to come and talk to the manager and CEO face to face which is something that's expected of a Chief Scout. He was also apparently less than complimentary about the club on his travels too and was putting out feelers for a better job.

He was much more successful the first time he was here (under Lambert). Responsible for Ricky and Leroy Fer, neither of whom exactly set the world alight.
