I found myself trying to use google to answer the quesition 'Why is Norwich referred to as a 'fine city' ?'. My quest proved fruitless (if anyone could fill me in I'd be much obliged), but I saw a sign saying Norwich was twinned with Rouen, Koblenz and Novisad. This reminded me of the Ferencvaros link we set-up a few years ago.

So did anything ever come of this and is the link still in place? I think I saw something which suggested the arrangement would be more a sharing of ideas, though player exchanges wasnt ruled out.

I've never heard anything about this link-up since - wondered if anyone knew anything?

Its never really been mentioned again. I suspect any player exchange would be outwards as the Hungarian League is horribly weak. I also have a feeling that this was one of Ewan Chester's projects, in which case it will probably be left to wither on the vine.
