Couple of rumours going around that we are after him

Never heard of him, but If true then presumably on loan as he re-signed for Juventus this summer? Think there are rules about a player moving permanently twice in the same window.

"Leeds had thrashed out a fee with Juventus to take Sorensen to Elland Road on a season-long loan deal, but saw the agreement collapse when the player flew to England to seal the switch."

If that's correct it will be a season long loan. He is clearly a quality young player if he has signed for Juventus and with R Bennett out for a couple of months I'd be very happy with this signing.

If this ends up happening, it seems to me that we'll happily let Bassong rot in the reserves rather than play him if we can't find a buyer.

Not sure if buying out a co-ownership counts deal as a move.

Good. Such a waste of space.
God I really hope someone will take him on loan or something, even if we end up paying half his wages. Cannot wait for him to be out of the fine city.

From what I have read elsewhere he was going to Leeds on a season long loan, with the fight to buy next summer fixed at £3.5m. Have heard nothing about his ability though, but as he is on the books at Juventas would expect him to at least be a decent player.

Seems a good opportunity for him to have a go at English football and would give us cover at CB. Win-win!

And at 6'5" he will give a boost to our aerial capabilities, and I believe he is fairly pacy.

And if that doesn't happen, we're now being linked with Arsenal's Ignasi Miquel, who can play CB or LB.

Sounds good if true.

Now also in the Daily Fail so it must be true!
