I often think of a lot of fans as being rather like a mechanic who, whenever a car is taken to him with a problem, immediately replace the ECU, every single time, then, when the customer comes back saying it hasn't sorted the problem, puts in another ECU.

Back to the topic, clearly AN is with us till the end of the season as right now would be the worst possible time to sack him, McNally has already made clear they're sticking by him and they wouldn't make the same mistake of a late-season panic sacking they did with Hughton.

I do admire Pearson though. He gets criticised because he's got a personality and doesn't come out with the usual tedious platitudes we get from other managers. But clearly Leicester's success this season is just a progression from their winning run last season and he deserves the credit for building that team. He won't want a relegation on his CV so he'll probably end up managing one the Championship clubs favoured for promotion next season.

This years Leicester has been totally different team compared to previous Pearson's so I wouldn't give too much credit for him. 

Signing hard workers and depth in defensive midfield has also brought this success. It couldn't never been done without Kante and Okazaki who are great in what they do. Specially Kante keeps even our Tettey in his big shadow as he has been so effective. Also if you remember that Vardy and Mahrez were also low division signings which almost always mean scouting team and board doing their job well and not manager picking player up. Ofc I dont know for certain, but what they have writed about Leicester Steve Walsh and Ben Wrigglesworth are behind their signings so hat's off for them finding those stars. 

This is something people keep forgetting that in modern era manager is the one who decides what their players do in the field and how they prepare for it and tell what they need for upgrading their team, almost everything else is these days runned by someone else.This in my opinion is key question when we look how AN has done this season. In my opinion his tactical choises has been good enough that we shouldn't give him too much heat.

I could see Kante moving to one of the world's elite in the not too distant future. Great signing for them.

Can't sack AN now, it would almost undoubtedly make things worse. Assess where we are at the end of the season and appoint, stick with what we have base don that. Not a huge fan of NP if I'm honest, brings more trouble than it's worth.
