How many games to get a winners medal?

Does anybody know how many league appearances a player has to make to get a winners medal?

Just wondering whether there are a few players at risk of not getting one? Grant Hanley for example probably isn't going to get one is he?

You'd think Srbeny will get one with 14 appearances though?

The number 12 pops into my head for some reason?

I always thought it was ten, but could be wrong, though I've a feeling they may of changed the rules and the club gets an allotted amount of medals and decides who they are given too, so essentially I don't know
