Obviously just a small acorn at the moment but the report suggesting Boro are willing to part with £8M for Cameron Jerome provokes the question. Im not asking the board or management but to supporters.

Would you accept that fee and would you sell him?

Decent price, but only if we can get someone in to replace him who's at least as good, no good selling him just to cash in, if he was to get 5 goals between now and the end of the season, they could be crucial in keeping us, and the £8m would seem like a drop in the ocean in comparison to the finances of being in the premiership next year

Agree with that Morty. Clearly regardless of what we think if them, the January window will see Hooper and Lafferty leave, and us signing an additional front man, even two.

Also he'd (if he stays fit) pretty much seal promotion for Boro.  Which makes £8m look cheap.

for me we'd be mad to sell - his overall contribution to the team is unmatched by our other strikers and he will probably play a key role for the rest of the season. And who could we get in for £8m?  Especially in January?

That's a tough one, I think I'd keep him at least until we have secured our place in this division for next season.

I'd possibly just keep him full stop.

I find the story difficult to believe anyway, particularly the price, I think Bamford will go to Middlesbrough for the second half of this season and they'll buy him in the summer.
