I've always been quite impressed by him whenever I've seen him play, and the SPL is nowhere near good enough for someone trying to maintain their place in the Swedish national squad, as for Celtic not wanting him, from what I've read its the opposite, he doesn't want to play in scotland anymore, be worth a punt I reckon, but it would depend on his wage demands, having been at Man City for several years and becoming an international player I can't imagine him being particularly cheap in the wage department, still think we should be able to afford him though

he was doing the bussyness a couple of seasons ago, a heck of a lot of clubs wanted him.. believe he played on loan at Feyenoord where he bagged 20 in 23 games. then loans to stoke and celtic and down the ratio went...
