Obviously we dont need to sign anyone else but its definately a good chance to get some of the boys out on loan to get some first team football.

Yeah I'd like to see those 3 loaned out, as well as McFadden and McGeehan. If we can get someone to pay his wages then I'd like to see Bassong go out to a foreign country somewhere.

I'd agree with all of those except perhaps Loza, who seems quite a versatile player to have on the bench, especially if injuries occur.

Despite my earlier reservations, its Bassong I want to see the back of, why risk the obvious good spirit within the squad now over 1 bad apple?

Agree with all of them, I would insert a recall clause on Loza's deal just in case but I think we have enough depth now to send the likes of McFadden out and Jacob Murphy, would do them the World of good.

Now that Hooper is sure to be staying, we have four good strikers in Grabban, Jerome, Hooper and Lafferty, although the last is more of an Elmander than a out and out striker. That should be enough although, as NA points out with cup games we should have a 50 match season squeezed into about 35 weeks, with regular mid-week games.

Four strikers should allow a measure of rotation, so the question is do we need a fifth, Loza. Would it be better for him to be loaned to a lower division club in order to get regular games, rather than sitting on our bench with occasional and brief substitute appearances?. The answer is perhaps a tentative yes.So long as he, or one of the other youth players, goes to a good club, he must surely gain from the experience.

We can loan Loza out with a recall clause, we can then play him no problems. No 25 man squads in the Championship, plus he's under 21 anyway.

International loans aren't allowed outside of the transfer window, so Bassong could only move within the football league. There aren't any teams likely to want him, or be able to attract him that Norwich would also be happy to send him to.

Only chance of Bassong leaving is if a Russia club, where the window hasn't closed yet, is interested.

Huge value in giving our youngsters real competitive experience, league 2 a far better option than u21 league and the first team squad has excellent depth now so little point them staying here this winter.

Is that a Uefa or Fifa rule Bethnal. If a Uefa rule would a loan or even a sale be possible to America, Japan etc?

I think its a fifa rule concerning transfers;   no international movements outside of the designated periods,  incl africa, asia USA etc..     Free agents and lower league local loans (national) are permissible - I am sure Bethnal will confirm or correct as needed
